We are aware of an issue affecting some customers booking PUDO shipments through integration. While we initially believed the impact was limited, we have since confirmed that more customers are affected. A fix has been completed and is being prepared for deployment. We expect it to be deployed shortly and will provide another update once it is live. We apologize for the disruption.
